Broken Vacuum?

1) We provide vacuum cleaner repairs on all brands of vacuum cleaner

2) We offer free pickup + return (free if repaired) of your vacuum cleaner from your residence or business in Escambia and Santa Rosa counties.

3) We require payment of $49.95 diagnostic fee plus tax prior to the time of pickup. This fee allows us to diagnose the problem and provide you with the estimated cost to repair the machine. We accept credit or debit cards.

4) If you consent to have us repair your vacuum cleaner, we will credit $25.00 of the diagnostic fee to your repair bill.

5) Please note our estimate is no guarantee of the final repair cost.

6) Please note: Some vacuums (especially if over 10 years old) may not be repairable even though we have provided a repair estimate, due to parts being unavailable or other extenuating circumstances.

In this case we will offer you the option of return (subject to a $15.00 fee) or free disposal of the machine.

Warranty

If anything goes wrong, we will pick up your vacuum and bring it back to you anytime during the first 6 months after we work on it.

If something different is wrong with the vacuum, the repair is the customer’s responsibility. But we warranty our parts and labor for a full 6 months.
